Current turn around time is 3-5 business days, this does not include the day you purchased, weekends and/or holidays.
Please note that there may be shipping delays may happen and extend TAT.
We try to print continuously for multiple yards, but please understand that this might not always be the case. Therefore, multiple yards may be cut separately.
We do offer Mystery Flawed Yards at a discounted price from time to time. Please note that this is sold as-is and not eligible for any returns or refunds.
Please note that some designs will print differently than what it shows on the computer. That is due to the design being in RGB settings, while printer settings is set to CYMK colors.
If you are unsure of how to scale, please send us a message and we would be happy to help. But please note that scaling help is at your own risk. Incorrect scaling will not be reprinted or refunded.
Please note that our office ours are 9AM - 5PM CST Monday to Friday (except for Holidays or office closures). Please keep this in mind when sending us a message. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Defects within 6 inches of the fabrics edge will not be refunded or reprinted. We do give a few inches of allowance when we print fabrics.
