Instructions:

Please close out on the two pop ups (click the X button)
On the right hand side - click "My Files", "Uploads" and "Upload Image"
On the bottom left side - make sure the ruler is turned on
Ruler will be shown in Pixels, to change this and to rescale
Click "Canvas Size" tab
From the drop down change Pixels to Inches
From there you can rescale your design to what you decide.
